.Possessing a small, but growing commercial/retail rent-roll and in the market for expansion through continued acquisition as well as organic growth, this role offers significant scope to shape the direction of the portfolio and grow alongside the businessYour DutiesTo commence, you will be responsible for:Day-to-day management of 45 propertiesBuild and maintain robust relationships with landlords and tenantsCoordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital works projectsWorking with the support of the Accounts team, prepare budgets, outgoings, and rental income forecastsOversee rent collection, arrears recovery, and financial reportingManage lease renewals, rent reviews, and liaise closely with the in-house leasing teamIf you choose, actively scout for new managements, and / or Listings,
