We are seeking experienced Civil Site & Project Engineers to join our team on a contract basis.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant civil engineering projects in Regional, NSW - from Dubbo, Wagga to Griffith.As a Civil Site or Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.
This position offers the chance to work on diverse projects whilst managing technical, operational, and logistical challenges on site.
Your expertise will be essential in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.Key responsibilitiesOverseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulationsCoordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project executionConducting site inspections and documentation to monitor progress against project timelines and specificationsManaging project budgets and resources, identifying cost‐saving opportunities whilst maintaining quality standardsPreparing and reviewing technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reportsLiaising with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to address project requirements and obtain necessary approvalsIdentifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycleSupporting the development and implementation of project management plans and strategiesMentoring junior staff and contributing to continuous improvement in project delivery practicesWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualificationMinimum of 3-5 years' experience in civil engineering project management or site engineering rolesProven experience managing construction or infrastructure projects from conception to completionStrong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and relevant Australian StandardsExperience with project management software and digital toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem‐solving abilities and technical acumenDemonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental managementProfessional membership with Engineers Australia or equivalent body is highly desirableExperience in regional or remote project delivery is advantageousValid driver's licence and willingness to work on site in Regional, NSWWhat we offerEngi Advisory is committed to providing a rewarding working setting and supporting the professional development of our team.
