to Gold Coast and from Brisbane to the sunshine coast.One week you're running a crew and subcontractors on a tier-one infrastructure site — ITPs, hold points, MRTS conformance, daily diaries, prestarts, and straight talking with the head contractor.
The next you're standing over a gabion wall or a run of acoustic fence making sure the setout, the levels and the finish are right.We're looking for someone who can hold both.
If you're strong in one half and hungry to build the other, we still want to hear from you — just tell us which half.What you'll be doingRunning the siteDay-to-day control of labour, plant, materials and subcontractorsDelivering to program and budget, and flagging variations and delays early and in writingPrestarts, toolbox talks and daily diariesDealing directly with head contractors, superintendents, clients and consultantsCivil and complianceWorking to civil drawings, MRTS specifications and ITPs — hold points, surveys, setoutWHS: SWMS, permits, traffic management, exclusion zones, plant complianceOwning quality — conformance records, photos, as-builts and defect close-outStructural landscapingRetaining walls — timber, concrete, masonry, gabion, compositeFencing (timber, metal, composite, acoustic), pergolas, decking, raised bedsConcreting, paving, natural and synthetic turf, drainage, irrigation,
tree and garden establishmentSetting the standard for setout, levels and finish — and holding the crew to itYour crewDeveloping your people.
