Lead integrated facilities services, build client relationships and drive operational excellence in a rewarding leadership roleOur Client:Our client is a leading integrated services provider delivering high-quality facilities, cleaning, security and customer service solutions across a diverse range of client environments.With a strong focus on service excellence, operational performance and continuous improvement, they are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day service delivery across a major Townsville-based contract.The Opportunity:This is an exciting prospect for a hands-on operational leader to take ownership of integrated facilities services, lead multidisciplinary teams and build strong client and stakeholder relationships.Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the delivery of cleaning, security, maintenance and customer service functions, ensuring contract obligations, compliance standards and service expectations are consistently achieved.In this role, you will be responsible for leading people, improving processes and driving positive outcomes across a busy and high-profile site.
You will play a key role in ensuring service quality, workforce performance, WHS compliance and continuous improvement across all areas of operations.Key responsibilities will include:Leading day-to-day facilities operations across cleaning, security, maintenance and customer service teamsManaging workforce planning, rosters, onboarding, training and team performanceBuilding trusted relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholdersConducting inspections, audits and compliance checks to maintain quality standardsEnsuring WHS, risk, quality and contract requirements are metMonitoring budgets,



purchasing and operational costsPreparing reports and providing updates on contract performanceIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and client satisfactionSupporting a positive, accountable and service-focused team cultureYour Skills & Experience:You will be an experienced facilities, operations or integrated services professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems and delivering strong service outcomes.To be successful, you will bring:Previous experience in facilities management, integrated services, property services, cleaning, security or operational leadershipProven experience leading teams in a fast-paced service delivery environmentStrong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detailSound understanding of WHS, compliance, quality and service standardsConfidence managing rosters, performance, reporting and operational requirementsA proactive, solutions-focused approach to continuous improvementCurrent Driver LicenceNational Police Check,
