Labourpower is seeking an experienced WHS/Injury Management Coordinator to strengthen workplace health, safety and wellbeing across the organisation.
This is an prospect to influence best practice, partner with leaders across the business and make a meaningful difference to employees during their recovery.Reporting to the National HSEQ Manager, you'll be Labourpower's subject matter expert in injury management and return-to-work programs.
Working with operational leaders, rehabilitation providers, insurers and medical practitioners, you'll oversee workers' compensation claims, coordinate effective recovery strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end workers compensation claims and return to work programsProvide practical injury management advice and early intervention support to leadersLiaise with employees, insurers, rehabilitation providers and treating practitionersFacilitate case conferences and develop suitable return to work plansMonitor claims, recovery progress and legislative complianceIdentify opportunities to improve injury management processes and outcomesPromote a positive culture of health,
