We operate through two branches; one located in Prospect (NSW) and the other one in Luscombe (QLD).
Our business activities are mainly in Formwork projects, residential and civil projects for T1 companies and big / medium sub-contractors.
Our primary objective is always to give the best solution to the client to make easy the workforce activities in the job site using our products.
We work close to our client for technical assistance, problem solving, new solutions for time assembly / material costs reduction.The Role:We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Prospect (NSW).
Key Responsibilities:Your primary duties will be to procure new business as well maintain relationships with existing clientsLiaise with customer on the cost / budget structure of large project quotationsEvaluate initial expressions of interest through tender packages, cold calls to sites, site visits and evaluating site plansPrepare quotations and communicate client requirements to Engineering TeamConduct pre-contract meetings where relevantDevelop project budgets and schedules and submit quotations to clientsPerform monthly reporting activitiesMaintain knowledge of stock levels and capabilities –working with Operations teamNotify management/materials handling of impending stock requirementsFacilitate accurate and timely invoicing of clients for works performedIdentify and eliminate account disputes at an early stage in all projects to ensure timely finalization of all account matters.Actively used the software that the company provides for monitoring clients' activities and market job sites/opportunities (i.e. CRM, Sales Force, etc...)Collaborating with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are metWhat you'll need to be successful:Sales experience in the formwork/scaffolding space preferred or minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction supply related business with an existing clientele in NSWAbility to communicate at all levels with good understanding of commercial building sitesThe ability to forecast and manage multiple projects at one timeTechnical knowledge of various formwork systems preferredResults driven with experience in negotiating with customers and a demonstrated ability to achieve a win/win outcomeExperience in providing complex solutions to the building industryWorking knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office and drawing packagesFull working rights in AustraliaValid driver's licenseWillingness to travel for client meetings and site visitsWhat we offer:At Faresin Australia we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.These are some of the key benefits we offer:Market-competitive salary package + Superannuation + CommissionCompany car and phoneTraining and development opportunitiesClear path for career progression within a respected multinational companySupportive and professional work environmentOpportunity to play a key role in a growing Australian teamBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
