and a modern approach to business development.Your responsibilities will include:Identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growthManaging and growing relationships with existing clients, including broker portfoliosDeveloping and executing strategies to achieve sales and gross profit targetsManaging a pipeline of opportunities, from lead generation through to closingLeading and contributing to proposal and tender processesMaintaining accurate CRM data and reporting on sales activity and performanceCollaborating with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectationsIdentifying cross-selling opportunities across the broader businessBuilding strong industry relationships and staying up to date with market trendsRepresenting Sadleirs at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetingsWhat you'll need:Degree qualification in a relevant field or equivalent industry experienceMinimum 2 years' experience in a business development or sales roleProven ability to build and manage a successful sales pipelineStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsExperience in contract negotiation and commercial decision-makingSound understanding of customer needs and market dynamicsAbility to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environmentIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systemsA proactive, results-driven mindset with a robust focus on customer serviceWhat Sadleirs Offers YouJoin a company where you're not just another number – you'll be respected, feel valued and be supported by a team that looks out for each other.
