Enaex Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand to join our operations.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for operating Mobile Processing Units while also supporting site supervision, guiding teams, and ensuring safe and efficient delivery of blasting services.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the tools while taking on increased responsibility, stepping up into leadership, coordinating tasks, and supporting operational performance on site.You will bring a strong commitment to safety, the ability to lead by example, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, aligned to our values.Your day to day will look like:Operate Mobile Processing Units and associated blasting equipment safely and efficientlySupport the preparation and loading of blast patternsAssist with escort and unloading of explosive deliveriesPerform Step-Up Supervisor duties when requiredEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and legislative requirementsSupport stock control, documentation,
