Airvolve Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator / Project Manager / Sales Lead to join our team on a full-time basis in Truganina, VIC ****.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a combination of technical estimating, project coordination, and building strong client relationships.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, managing projects from award through to completion, and acting as one of the primary point of contact for our clients and installation teams.Key responsibilitiesReview plans, and site requirements to prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for commercial and residential HVAC projects, including labour, materials, equipment and associated costsDevelop detailed tender documents and proposals for client presentationLead sales development activities and manage client relationships from initial inquiry through project completionOrder materials and coordinate with teams and suppliers as required.Negotiate commercial terms and pricing with clients and suppliersLiaise with design teams, project managers and installation teams to ensure estimates align with technical specificationsAnalyse market trends and competitor pricing to maintain competitive advantagePrepare monthly reports on estimating activity, sales pipeline and business development outcomesMentor and support junior staff within the estimating and sales functionMaintain accurate documentation and project records in accordance with company proceduresWhat we're looking forProven experience as an HVAC Estimator or similar role within the construction or mechanical services industry, ideally with 5+ years' experienceStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, components,
