This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for driving safe, efficient and high‐quality production outcomes while leading and developing a small team.About the RoleReporting to the Operations Leader, you will oversee day‐to‐day production activities across the FlourBlending and TVP areas, ensuring safety, quality, output and team performance standards are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production operations across Flour Blending and TVPLead, coach and support a small team of operatorsEnsure compliance with WHS, food safety, quality and site proceduresMonitor workflow, output,



downtime and production performanceTroubleshoot operational issues and elevate where requiredMaintain accurate production records and reportingDrive continuous improvement and promote high workplace standardsAbout YouYou will be a practical, hands‐on leader with experience in manufacturing, food production or a similarindustrial environment.You will bring:Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar roleStrong leadership skills in a hands‐on operational settingSound understanding of WHS, quality and compliance requirementsAbility to solve problems, make decisions and keep production movingGood communication, organisation and team leadership skillsExperience in food manufacturing, dry blending, grain, milling or similar processing environments would be an advantage but not essentialExperience with production reporting systemsWhy Join Us?
