Learning & Capability Officer - Tech EnabledWhat if your next L&D; role wasn't just about delivering learning—but transforming how learning happens?
About Trilogy CareWe're one of Australia's fastest growing home care providers, empowering older Australians to live independently in the home they love for longer.
We're investing heavily in AI and technology across every part of the business, and our People & Culture team is no exception.
We're looking for someone who can make our learning systems work harder, smarter, and faster, and who's equally comfortable presenting in front of a room as they are configuring a system.About the RoleThis isn't a traditional L&D; role, but it's not a pure tech role either.
You'll spend a significant portion of your time building the technology infrastructure that powers learning at scale: automating workflows, deploying AI tools, managing systems, and creating the platforms that let the team deliver great learning without manual admin eating their week.
But you'll also step into the room, facilitating sessions, presenting to leaders, running onboarding groups, and delivering programs face-to-face when the moment calls for a real person, not a platform. You'll own:The Learning Management System, end-to-end: architecture, configuration, integrations, enrolment automation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Not just uploading content — owning the platform as a productAI-enabled content pipelines, deploying tools like Claude, NotebookLM, Synthesia, and generative design to take content creation from weeks to hours, then facilitating and presenting the programs to learners in person or virtuallyFacilitation and delivery, running face-to-face and virtual sessions for onboarding cohorts, compliance workshops, system training, and capability programs when the content needs a human in the roomAutomated workflows, trigger-based enrolments, compliance reminders, escalation paths, completion certificates, manager notifications, and onboarding sequences that run themselvesLearner support tools, AI-powered chatbots, smart knowledge bases, and self-service search so employees get answers without logging a ticketReporting infrastructure, automated dashboards, scheduled reports, and real-time compliance views that leaders can access without asking you to pull dataSystem integrations, connecting the LMS to HRIS, onboarding platforms,
and compliance registers so data flows automatically and records stay currentWhat Makes This DifferentMost L&D; roles treat technology as a support tool.
In this role, it's at the core.
You'll own the learning systems, automation, and AI that power capability at scale, while confidently facilitating programs that make an impact.
If you're the person who fixes the LMS, streamlines processes, and enjoys bringing learning to life, you'll thrive here.
We already embrace AI across the business, you'll be expected to use it, optimise it, and demonstrate its value.About YouBlending tech with facilitation, you can build an automated learning pathway in the morning and facilitate an engaging onboarding session in the afternoon.
You're comfortable presenting to groups of all sizes, running workshops, and bringing energy to a roomLearning technology expertise, deep working knowledge of LMS platforms (configuration, integrations, reporting, user management), not just end-user familiarityAI-enabled delivery, proven experience using generative AI, chatbots, or AI content tools to improve L&D; processes.
