The key requirements of the role are:1.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams and fostering a high performing culture.2.
Ability to influence and lead adoption of consistent organisational practices including effective implementation of systems and processes.3.
Experience influencing executive decision making and managing complex stakeholder relationships.4.
Demonstrated experience leading long term infrastructure planning, investment governance and strategic business planning.5.
Ability to lead organisational change, manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement.
