We are seeking multiple Certified Scrum Masters to support a major Federal Government program.
The successful Scrum Masters will work closely with delivery teams and Delivery Managers to support agile delivery, improve team performance, remove blockers, and help teams maintain strong delivery throughput.
These long-term opportunities offer an initial 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension options, based in Canberra.The Scrum Masters will be responsible for but not limited to;Coordinating sprints, retrospectives, regular stand-ups and other Agile ceremoniesManaging project scope, timelines,



priorities and delivery activitiesCoaching team members in Agile methodologies and improving Scrum maturityWorking with Product Owners to manage backlogs, current requests and delivery prioritiesRemoving blockers, resolving conflicts and supporting effective team collaborationThe Scrum Masters will have experience in the following:Demonstrated experience supporting Agile delivery teams in complex ICT environmentsStrong facilitation skills, including workshops, ceremonies and collaborative problem-solvingExperience using Agile methods, tools, metrics and reporting to improve team performanceStrong stakeholder engagement, communication and conflict resolution skills
