You will also be part of a wider Enterprise Change Management Community of Practice where ideas and best practice are shared via masterclasses and knowledge sharing.Suncorp has been recognised as 'Change Management Organisation of the Year' **** in the ACMP inaugural Global Change Excellence Awards, celebrating an organisation that has embedded change management practices to achieve lasting results.What You'll DoDesign, manage and execute change activities across multiple initiatives, streams, or squads (e.g. Change Impact Assessments, Communication, Engagement, Learning, Reinforcement etc.).
Partner with the Change Leaders and/or initiative teams to align messaging and activities with the transformation roadmap.Create integrated communication and learning plans that simplify complex changes for stakeholders.Coach leaders and teams to build capability and sustain change outcomes.Monitor and measure change effectiveness to ensure continuity across multiple initiatives.What You'll Bring3+ years in organisational change management with large-scale transformation projects.Experience in tech-related programs or process optimisation highly desirable.Ability to translate technical and process changes into clear,
