What you'll be doingLead and mentor a multidisciplinary squad of engineers, BAs, and delivery professionalsDrive the technical vision, architecture, and engineering standards for virtual care platformsDesign and deliver scalable, distributed systems enabling connected health experiences.pdf)Stay hands‐on — contributing directly to the codebase and solving complex technical challengesChampion quality engineering practices, including code reviews, testing, and system observabilityGuide architectural and implementation decisions across APIs, integrations, and cloud platformsContinuously improve engineering capability, mentoring and growing talent across the teamWhat you'll bring7+ years in software engineering, with hands‐on coding expertiseProven experience leading engineering teams in technical leadership rolesStrong background in system design, architecture, and scalable platformsExperience building modern, distributed applications and APIs.Deep knowledge of engineering best practices, design patterns, and agile deliveryExperience working in healthcare,
