Today we offer gold standard care to our patients and the latest in facilities including state of the art surgery, dentistry, radiology, ultrasound, and modern consulting rooms.
We have a strong, well-established client base, focusing primarily on small animal practice with some exotics and large animals.This opportunity would suit a confident and experienced Veterinarian looking to step into a Lead Vet position where they can mentor and support a close-knit team, work collaboratively with management, and help drive high standards of patient care and clinical excellence within the clinic.What You'll Be Doing Day to DayAs a Small Animal Veterinarian with us, no two days are the same.
Your role will include:Managing a varied caseload across both medicine and surgeryMentoring, training, and supporting the GP veterinary teamUndertaking line management responsibilities, including performance management and professional developmentSupporting the training and development of nursing and support teamsShaping and upholding best-practice standards in line with VetPartners advisory guidelinesDriving clinical vision while aligning clinical priorities with business objectivesUtilising advanced diagnostics, including digital radiography, ultrasound,
