You will work across a broad range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, parenting disputes, property settlements and wills and estates.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through to resolution using practice management systems such as LEAP.Work closely with Principal Solicitors on complex matters, receiving guidance and contributing to case strategy.Utilise RedView and LEAP to efficiently manage files, track matter progress, and maintain accurate client recordsProvide clear,



strategic legal advice tailored to client needs.Draft court documents, affidavits, and correspondence.Prepare and file documents through relevant court portals.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedingsMaintain solid client relationships with a high standard of care and professionalism while ensuring timely communication and file management.About YouAdmitted to practice in New South WalesStrong knowledge of Australian family law principles and proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a teamWhat We OfferSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentExposure to a wide variety of family law mattersSalary will be commensurate with experience.
