Salary range $125,000 - $145,000 + superannuationSkillset is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Human Resources Manager to join our clients successful and growing organisation.Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this influential role will partner with leaders across the business to drive strategic and operational HR outcomes.
You will be responsible for supporting workforce performance, fostering a positive workplace culture, leading people initiatives and ensuring compliance across all areas of human resources.This opportunity is ideally suited to a highly qualified HR practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, values safety and is confident working with both business leaders and employees to deliver exceptional people outcomes.About YouYou are a proactive and results-oriented HR professional with a solid understanding of contemporary human resources practices and employment legislation.You bring a people-first approach while maintaining a commercial mindset and the ability to influence positive organisational outcomes.To be successful in this role, you will possess:Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline with tertiary qualifications at Degree level highly regardedMinimum 5 years' Human Resources experience in a generalist or business partnering capacityStrong understanding of Australian employment legislation awards and workplace relationsDemonstrated experience supporting organisational change initiativesA strong commitment to workplace health, safety and wellbeingExperience managing Return to Work programs,
including coordinating suitable duties and supporting successful workplace reintegration.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skillsAdvanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office SuiteExperience using HRIS and people management systemsCurrent SIRA accreditation (or willingness to obtain)Well-developed analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business systemsHigh levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detailKey ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice and supportManage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activitiesSupport performance management, employee development and succession planning initiativesProvide guidance on employee relations, workplace investigations and conflict resolutionCoordinate and manage Return to Work and workers compensation processesDevelop and maintain HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworksSupport organisational change, restructuring and continuous improvement initiativesDeliver meaningful HR metrics, workforce reporting and insights to executive managementMaintain employee records and HR systems ensuring accuracy and complianceChampion workplace culture, engagement,
