The good news is that following some positive changes to our team structure, we've created an additional Event Coordinator position.
As our events program continues to grow, we're expanding the team to ensure we can continue delivering high-quality experiences for our communities, partners, and stakeholders.This is a full-time permanent role based in Brisbane, with some travel across Queensland and interstate.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, suppliers, venues, and stakeholders to make sure every detail is covered and most importantly, that every event feels meaningful.What you'll bringAt least 2 years of experience running events end-to-endA knack for logistics, planning, and keeping things on trackConfidence dealing with suppliers, venues, and internal teamsA calm, solutions-focused approach when things get busyA genuine interest in creating inclusive, accessible experiencesTeamwork is everything hereYou won't be left to figure things out alone.
