embrace change and genuinely want to make a difference.If you're looking for more than just a job and want to build a long-term career in a modern manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleWe're currently seeking motivated and reliable team members to join our Manufacturing Team across Brewing and Packaging.These are full-time, hands-on positions working with modern automated equipment in a fast-paced production workplace.Working within one of Australia's most advanced beverage manufacturing facilities, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality products safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.Every day is different and you'll work closely with experienced operators, team leaders and technical specialists who are committed to helping you learn and develop.What You'll Be DoingDepending on the team you join, responsibilities may include:Operating and monitoring modern manufacturing equipmentMaintaining high standards of product quality and food safetyCompleting equipment checks, cleaning and changeoversIdentifying and resolving production issuesFollowing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Supporting continuous improvement initiativesWorking safely and contributing to a strong safety cultureMaintaining accurate production recordsCollaborating with other departments to achieve production targetsAbout YouWe're looking for people who:Have a positive attitude and strong work ethicPut safety first in everything they doEnjoy working as part of a high-performing teamTake pride in producing quality workAre reliable,
