We'll provide on-the-job training and support to help ensure you quickly pick up the necessary knowledge and understanding.What you will need is a genuine interest in working in financial markets, along with motivation levels as impressive as your aptitude for numbers and attention to detailWhat you'll needA degree-level education (or similar experience)Fluency in English (written and spoken)A genuine interest in the financial marketsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsConfident to employ basic math skills, particularly mental arithmetic.Literacy in MS OfficeA sales background would all be a distinct advantage but not a requirementWhat you'll doProviding front line support to our clients across phone, email,



web chat and social mediaAnswering queries from our global client base on all of our products and platformsProviding an execution-only phone dealing service (following relevant training and support)Resolving trade disputesProviding clients with technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packagesProactively conversing with our clients about financial markets and our latest innovationsConducting audit checks and client administration tasksIn doing so you'll benefit from exposure to a vibrant, commercially driven setting, with development opportunities encompassing everything from client reactivation and retention, premium client service and dealing rolesHow we workWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
