Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG CompassThe Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OOSH programsThe Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockworkWhat You Bring to the MixThe Qualification: You've got (or are studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor's, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and more.
