NDIS/SDA - Clinical NurseAbout the facility:This Disability Accommodation Service (SIL's) near Wakerley, Brisbane South, QLD, provides high quality 24/7 support and care to 18 participants with Complex High Support Needs and significant physical impairments.About the role:As the Clinical Nurse - you will be provide support and leadership to the team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Disability Support Workers.
You will be providing compassionate, ethical and comprehensive direct care to the participants including ongoing case management and review of care needs.Duties:Educate and mentor the clinical staff and teamSupporting the service Manager - assist with leading, supervision and developing of staff,
