The team currently has 2 team members and you would be rounding out the team as the third star!
This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on conversations, and enjoys helping families find the right early learning environment for their child.About the RoleReporting directly to our Head of Enrolments and Family Engagement, you will be one of the first points of contact for families, guiding them from their initial enquiry through to enrolment.
Your role will focus on building strong relationships, supporting families through the enrolment process, and ensuring every family feels welcomed and supported.You will also assist with enrolment administration and may support accounts-related tasks linked to family accounts.What You'll Be DoingFamily Engagement & EnrolmentsRespond to family enquiries via phone,



email and online platformsBuild genuine relationships with prospective familiesConvert enquiries into enrolments through warm and supportive communicationBook centre tours and orientationsLiaise with Centre Directors to support the enrolment processGuide families through enrolment paperwork and onboardingAdministration & SystemsMaintain accurate family and enrolment recordsUtilise a CRM system to manage enquiries and track lead conversionsWork within Kidsoft to process enrolments and maintain recordsWork within the Lineleader system to manage family communications and bookingsMonitor enquiry pipelines to support occupancy growthEnsure documentation and data is accurately recorded and maintainedAccounts Support (where required)Assist with family account enquiriesSupport reconciliation of enrolment-related accountsLiaise with the finance team when requiredYou are someone who:Has a warm, confident and outgoing personalityEnjoys talking with people and building connections over the phoneIs highly organised and detail-orientedIs motivated by helping families find the right childcare solutionThrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented team environmentExperience in Early Childhood Education is highly regarded, particularly if you understand enrolment processes and family engagement.Experience using Kidsoft, Lineleader platforms or childcare management systems will be highly advantageous.Work from our Southport Head OfficeBe part of a growing national early childhood organisationSupportive and collaborative leadership teamOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding organisationHelp families take their first step in their child's early learning journeyAt Shared Beginnings, we believe strong relationships create strong foundations for children and families.If you enjoy building connections and helping families feel welcomed and supported, we would love to hear from you.
