This is an exciting opportunity for a technically solid contracts professional with leadership capability to step into a dynamic role where you can influence team culture, operational excellence, and client experience.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Contracts, Legal & Compliance, you will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and technical support to the Contracts Team while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence across the department.You'll act as the key escalation point for complex contract and conveyancing matters, while also driving team engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support the Contracts Team in a fast-paced environmentConduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and development discussionsOversee team workflows, daily stand-ups, and service delivery standardsAct as the primary escalation point for complex contractual and compliance mattersProvide guidance on contract preparation, risk identification,
