Join our team in the role of Transport Administrator and become a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly.
You'll also have the chance to cross-train across departments and support the team during peak periods and leave coverage.Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Allocate daily operational duties and resourcesPlan and coordinate loads to meet customer and operational requirementsOperate vehicles when required to support business needsPrepare manifests and transport documentationLiaise with growers, drivers, and Southeast Queensland depots to ensure efficient freight movementsCoordinate with key customers and manage urgent service escalationsConduct driver debriefs and review daily paperwork for accuracy and complianceManage freight bookings, delivery schedules, and customer requestsProvide operational support and work closely with depot staff to ensure seamless service deliveryAssist the Administration Team and Depot Manager with daily administrative tasks and reporting requirementsMaintain effective communication across operations to support service performance and customer satisfactionWhat You'll Bring:Previous experience in a transport administration, operations support, or scheduling roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisionsResilient and adaptable approach,
