and compliance mattersHelp drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiativesMaintain HR documentation and assist with reporting/metricsSupport employee engagement and people systems improvementLiaise with corporate HR and Talent teams for alignmentSupport Site Management with HR Advice and SupportWhat we're looking for:Previous HR experience in mining or heavy industry environmentsComfortable working onsite and independently when neededUnderstanding of award interpretation and Fair Work obligationsStrong understanding of Employee Relations & HR functionsTertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
