Performance Marketing Expert – Part-Time1 Day per Week | Versatile/HybridParagonIT is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Expert to manage and improve our digital marketing campaigns on a part-time basis.This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing professional who can plan, execute, analyse, and optimise campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.Develop lead-generation campaigns for ParagonIT's managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, automation, and AI services.Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.Create and test campaign messaging, advertisements, landing pages, and calls to action.Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on advertising spend.Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.Implement and maintain conversion tracking through Google Analytics, Tag Manager,



and advertising platforms.Provide a clear monthly performance report with results and recommendations.Work with management to develop practical marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.About YouDemonstrated experience managing successful B2B performance marketing campaigns.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.Experience generating leads for technology, professional services, SaaS, or B2B organisations.Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on campaign data.Experience with landing-page optimisation and conversion-rate optimisation.Excellent written communication and advertising copywriting skills.Able to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.Position DetailsPart-time position: one day per weekFlexible working arrangementMelbourne-based or remote applicants may be consideredOpportunity to expand the role based on performance and business growthBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
