The People Hub team is the initial point of contact for P&C; queries.
As a HR Shared Services Coordinator, you will provide a range of services and advice that span across P&C; & payroll queries/processes, recruitment and training coordination, reward,
recognition and benefits program support and database management.Key ResponsibilitiesExperience working within administration along with excellent customer service skills.Team player who proactively supports colleagues and contribute to a positive and fun team environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, whilst being able to communicate effectively and efficiently.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in written and numerical skills.Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficient in navigating web-based systems.Strong problem solving and time management skills.Ability to undertake continuous improvement initiatives.Experience within P&C;, Recruitment or Payroll at an Administrator or Coordinator level.Experience working within a high-volume P&C; or Payroll transactional environment.Experience using SAP, Salesforce CRM and/or Successfactors will be advantageous.Ideally, have relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or relative field.Verbal Communication: Works at an intermediate level to express ideas, request actions, formulate plans, &policies; by means of transparent and effective verbal communications.
Typically works with guidance.Data Control: Works at an intermediate level to acquire, organize, protect and process data in order to fulfillbusiness objectives.
Typically works with guidance.Information Management: Works at an intermediate level to manage the collection, structure, and maintenanceof information collected, including traceability, levels of abstraction, reuse requirements, and how to store andaccess data/information.
Typically works with guidance.Qualifications & ExperienceBe the initial point of contact for queries through inbox and/or phone, including triage and allocation of queriesProvide advice, clarification and support to managers and employees regarding non-complex P&C; & payrollprocesses and enquiries in a way that builds manager and employee confidence, capability and self-sufficiencyHelp deliver core P&C; processes e.g., payroll coordination, training coordination, recruitment coordination, reward,recognition and benefits coordination, position database management and P&C; tech supportAssist in progressing and completing employee changes via Take Actions in our P&C; SystemsProactively manage compliance related tasks, keeping internal case tracker and candidate systems up to dateRecommend and makes improvements to People Hub processes, procedures and systemsWork collaboratively within a team environment, communicating effectively to ensure seamless service deliveryacross the group.Document Preparation: Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technologydevices, such as standard office software.
Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.HR Data Management: Carry out a wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed; advise other colleaguesand provide guidance on processes when needed.Payroll Administration: Validate, input, and maintain payroll data to ensure the accurate and efficient delivery ofpayroll services; prepare payroll for bank submission and entry into financial systems; prepare manual paymentswhen required; prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
