Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to take the lead at one of their fashion stores.
This is an opportunity for a confident retail leader who enjoys being on the floor, working with customers and getting the best out of their team.The RoleYou'll be responsible for creating a strong store environment where the team is engaged, customers receive great service and sales targets are consistently achieved.Key responsibilities include:Leading the team by example on the shop floorDriving daily sales and store resultsCoaching team members to build confidence and capabilityCreating a robust customer-focused environmentMaintaining product presentation and visual standardsManaging stock levels,



deliveries and replenishmentOverseeing rosters and day-to-day store requirementsMonitoring performance and implementing strategies to improve resultsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who knows fashion retail, enjoys leading people and is motivated by achieving results.
You'll be comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and keeping the store running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.You'll ideally have:Previous Store Manager experience within fashionStrong understanding of retail sales and KPIsProven experience leading and developing a teamExcellent customer service and communication skillsA genuine interest in fashion and stylingStrong organisational and time management skillsA hands-on and approachable leadership styleConfidence working towards commercial targets
