These full time roles offer stable employment, a supportive team environment, and family-friendly hours.Working Hours:Monday to Thursday:7:00 AM – 3:30 PMFriday:7:00 AM – 1:00 PMKey Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Operate within our production and assembly departmentsUse a variety of tools and equipment to assemble agricultural/ industrial attachments.Assemble mechanical/ hydraulic components and products to meet customer specificationsAssist with inventory movement including picking & packing orders.Utilises compony systems and software to process orders and navigate warehouse.Maintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow work allocations and job instructions accuratelyCommunicate effectively with management, supervisors and peers to achieve efficient outcomes.Full Australian work rights (Sponsorship is not available)Mechanical aptitudeStrong work ethic and reliabilityGood teamwork and communication abilities skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work both independently and in a teamForklift licence (preferred)Previous experience in a production or assembly environmentPrevious experience with warehousing software (ERP's)Experiencing interpreting workorders/ picking slips to fulfill an order.Additional Information:Training available on the job.
