and subcontractor/consultant ordersChecking invoice details in Lentune and submitting to Jobpac for approvalPreparing EFT batches for weekly and monthly payment runsTracking creditor payment terms and ensuring adherenceManaging the accounts payable inbox and handling creditor queriesReconciling creditor statements at month end and resolving discrepanciesChecking ABN/GST compliance and subcontractor insurance detailsPreparing final release letters and setting up new creditors in JobpacWhat we're looking for:Demonstrated experience in an accounts payable roleConstruction industry experience highly regardedExperience with Jobpac and/or Lentune highly regardedExcellent communication skills and high attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamA genuine commitment to acting with integrity and professionalismJoin a growth-focused, values-driven business where your expertise makes a real impact.
