Educators are supported to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards, while fostering strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
The Ideal Educator Will Have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CareMinimum 2 years' experience in Australian ECE settingsStrong knowledge of the EYLF and NQSExcellent communication and teamwork skillsGenuine passion for high-quality education and careCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificationsValid Working With Children CheckFull, unrestricted working rights in AustraliaA valid driver's licence and access to a car, as the service is not located near public transport
