This unique position allows us to combine deep sector expertise with the flexibility and innovation of a boutique firm.Key responsibilities for this role include:Providing administrative support to your supervising Partner and their practice group as required by the supervising PartnerDiary management for the practice groupAssisting with monthly billingCredit card reconciliationsPreparation of Letters of EngagementAttending to enquiry and substantive matters for the practice groupAssisting with day-to-day management of files and drafting material for the practice group.Management of safe custody documentsThe assistant must have:Previous demonstrated experience in an administrative position in a legal or corporate environmentExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsFast and accurate typing skillsThe ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExceptional attention to detail and solid organisational skillsIntermediate level of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookWhy work for Avant Law?
