About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Administrator to manage customer master records and support customer onboarding across the business. Reporting to the National Credit Manager, the Master Data Administrator plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity and compliance of customer master data. You'll support new customer onboarding, manage ongoing customer record maintenance, and work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure high-quality data and effective processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detail, building relationships and identifying opportunities to improve processes and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain and update customer master records.
Review customer onboarding documentation and follow up outstanding information.
Process customer record changes accurately through the ERP system.
Ensure master data complies with company policies and governance requirements.




Act as the go-to contact for master data queries and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring
Experience in master data, customer records, finance administration or a similar role.
Experience using ERP or business management systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.
