This is a multi-faceted role responsible for providing clinical support to the organisation, including assisting medical officers, scientists, and registered nurses with the care of clients.
You will also provide high-quality reception and administrative support to clients, visitors, and staff to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the centre.As an AIN, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver services that are safe, effective, and client-centred.
Your role may include,



but is not limited to:Assisting clinicians during procedures such as ultrasound-guided embryo transferProviding support and reassurance to clients throughout their treatment journeyMaintaining infection control standardsReception and administrative duties to support clinic operationsAbout youBasic knowledge and understanding of infection control principlesAbility to support clients and assist during clinical proceduresCurrent CPR certificate or willingness to obtainSound computer skills, including MS Office applicationsStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing demands and adapt effectively to changeAbility to work under direction with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a teamNot essential, but nice to haveCurrent NSW driverce3e1icenseExperience in a clinical or primary health care settingFamiliarity with equipment sterilisation and medical appointment booking systemsExperience working with diverse population groupsWhat we offerAt IVF Australia, we are committed to supporting our employees' well-being and professional development.
