The Royal Life Saving Society of Australia - NSW – Castle Hill NSWWe are seeking a passionate and motivated Training Officer to deliver high-quality training programs across a variety of industries.In this role, you will train and assess participants in courses such as CPR, First Aid, Pool Lifeguard, Swim Teacher and Department of Education programs.
You will play a key role in ensuring participants gain the skills and confidence needed to make a real difference in the community.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, high-quality training sessions to diverse groupsFacilitate assessments and support learner outcomesSet up and pack down training environments (equipment, manikins, etc.)Record attendance and assessment outcomes accuratelyMaintain equipment and report any issuesWork both independently and collaboratively with the wider teamAbout YouYou are a confident communicator who thrives in a training environment and enjoys working with people from all walks of life.You will bring:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience delivering training to individuals and groupsA customer-focused mindsetThe ability to adapt quickly and work flexiblyStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA proactive and professional approachCurrent Working With Children Check (WWCC)Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence (Class C minimum)Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** / TAE***** / TAE***** + required units)Why Join Us?
