To view all our benefits, visit 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,2 days from an RACP office location per week,1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleTraining Services is responsible for providing training progression and comprehensive administrative support to stakeholders involved in the RACP training programs across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
Our services include advising on program requirements, coordinating the Divisional Clinical Examination in Aotearoa Recent Zealand, delivering training support for both trainees and supervisors,
and supervisor learning support.Key responsibilities include:Provide expert advice and support for assigned portfolio of training programsTrain and mentor team membersCo-ordinate administration to support the day-to-day operations of team and cross team activitiesCreate and maintain accurate electronic recordsProvide professional secretariat support to relevant committees and forumsProvide comprehensive and timely responses to member enquiriesContribute to the development of effective working relationships with key stakeholders to support communication between the College and its stakeholders.Contribute to and participate in projects as requiredDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouProfessional experience in management of medical or other education/health programs or in a member-based organisation.Strong written and oral communication skills, adept at crafting reports, briefs, correspondence and policy/process documentation.Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic work environments, proactively identifying and addressing challenges through critical thinking and strategic planning.Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, managing a range of complex tasks in a changing work environment while maintaining an attention to detail.Proven ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment, to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.Demonstrated experience in delivering professional client and secretariat servicesIT Capabilities: Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and video/teleconferencing platforms.
