You would be working at our head office across a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities to help support our fast paced growth and rapid rise in the sector.This role would suit someone with prior experience in call centres, office administration or medical administration.SummaryThe Care Coordinator will report to the Head of Client Experience and work closely with members of the Care Coordination and clinical teams, as well as care providers, to provide general administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations; including but not limited to the scheduling of client appointments.
The successful candidate will maintain a high level of customer service.Tasks and responsibilitiesSchedulingScheduling of client appointments, optimising resource allocationMonitor appointment availability, making necessary adjustments to meet client demandHandle incoming calls and email correspondence, acting as the key liaison between care providers,
clients and clinical staffMaintain accurate records, files, and documentation to support smooth operations and effective decision-makingCollaborate with clinical staff to maintain transparency of client informationAddress any scheduling issues or conflicts promptly and effectivelyGeneral AdministrationAssist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as requiredAssist with marketing and communications from time to timeComplete other general administrative duties as requestedAccess to our Health and Wellness Program, including discounts to gyms and health insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, along with other great benefitsOpen channels of communications between all levels within the organisation and autonomyRegular social events to get to know the Nimbus crewRequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.Proficiency in using relevant software applications and systems for scheduling, data management, and reportingStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a full schedule of clients and prioritise tasks effectivelyDemonstrated commitment to ongoing professional developmentA positive attitude and strong desire to make a difference in clients' livesIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
