and ensure quality standards are metData & SystemsKeep product data accurate and up-to-date across all platformsMaintain tracking systems and dashboards to give the team visibility on project progressCreate product information templates and manage launch documentationCreative Support & QualityReview marketing assets, photography, and packaging against product specsManage samples and maintain the showroom with current, on-brand displaysCheck product quality, labelling, and compliance before products go live where appropriatePerformance & SalesWork with the product and sales team to track product performance and manage reordersSupport reporting and analysis to inform ranging decisionsWhat We're Looking ForEssentialExperience in product, buying, or retail/wholesale (or you're early-career and really keen to learn)Exceptional attention to detail — data accuracy and quality control matter to youComfortable with systems and numbers; quick to pick up new toolsOrganised, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple projects without close supervisionA transparent communicator who flags issues early and sees things throughNice to HaveExperience with Saastify, NetSuite, or similar product management systemsA genuine passion for homewares, interior design, or product trends
