Located within Sinclair Dermatology's East Melbourne clinic, the salon works closely with dermatologists to support their patients, offering dedicated aftercare and consultations.As a Hairdresser you will:Provide hair cutting, styling, colouring, and washing services.Provide clients with tailored advice about the Kérastase product rangeSchedule and manage customer appointments, ensuring efficiency and maximised productivityAssist clients with their queries, and provide consultations when neededLearn about treatments for hair loss and scalp conditions to support clinic patientsUnpack and restock deliveries in an orderly fashionEnsure all equipment is in good working orderMaintain cleanliness and tidiness to the highest standards within the salonMaintain records of all customer hair services and treatmentsCommunicate effectively in person, over the phone, and by emailStay up to date with the latest hair techniques and new product releasesAbout You:Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Hairdresser,



with a proven track record of delivering exceptional serviceA Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualificationAdvanced skills in cutting, styling and colouringConsistently deliver high-quality salon services while meeting client expectations and salon standardsA willingness to learn about hair loss and scalp conditions from our specialist hairdressers and dermatologists; prior experience is desirable but not essentialStrong communication skills, including professional client interactions and positive collaboration with colleaguesCompassion and empathy for clients experiencing hair and scalp concerns.Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to welcome clients, understand their needs, and manage enquiries or complaints professionallyStrong organisational skills, including appointment management and accurate record keepingA proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.Why Join Sinclair Dermatology?
