Along with being a part of the Sonic Healthcare Australia Radiology network, our world-leading technology joined with the expertise of our talented staff ensures that SKG Radiology remains at the forefront of diagnostic imaging innovation.About the roleOur Patient Services team is responsible for liaising with medical specialists, GPs, patients and members of the general public; assisting with everything from general enquiries to the co-ordination of bookings over the telephone and via email.In the role of Patient Services Officer you will be the first point of contact for people choosing our company and therefore can make or break our reputation hence a welcoming, qualified and accurate approach is key.
This key department of our business is growing with our main team located in Innaloo.
With our current growth we have multiple new positions available located in our Kelmscott branch.Please note that successful candidates will be required to complete a minimum of 2 weeks training at our Patient Services Innaloo based office upon commencement.To be considered for this position, we expect you to have:An understanding that all communication is via the telephone & email with no face to face customer interactionExperience within or at a minimum, an interest in, the health and medical fieldA consistent Patients First focusExceptional customer service skillsA polite phone mannerA high degree of computer literacyA keen attention to detailA warm approach with the ability to converse with people from diverse social and cultural backgroundsThis is a full time position working a 37.5 hour week.Due to the nature of the position, flexibility is key as shift start and finish times will be variable and include weekend shifts.
Currently the department operates between *****am and 5.15pm and hence 7.5hr shifts are worked within these hours.
