This is a Full Time Monday to Friday position.
You'll be a key part of our online sales team, helping customers find the right parts and ensuring every transaction is handled efficiently and professionally.What You'll DoProcess online sales orders, invoicing, and customer communications through various e-commerce channelsRespond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone and online messaging platforms to assist them in finding the right products for their machineryIdentify and interpret machinery and parts requirements, including make, model, year, and manufacturer specificationsExplain product features and benefits to support informed purchasing decisionsDeliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customersProvide tracking information and order updates to customers both online and directlyProcess returns, refunds,



and related customer requestsMaintain and update product listings, ensuring information is current, accurate and compellingWhat We're Looking ForStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse customersA genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building customer relationshipsProficiency with computer systems, e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office applications with confidence learning current systems and software quicklySales experience or an interest in agricultural machinery and parts (advantageous but not essential)Excellent time management and organisational skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entryThe ability to work independently, use initiative, and perform well under pressureProactive problem-solving approach and willingness to take initiativeWhy Join Us?
