We operate from two locations—Buderim and Bribie Island—and this position is based at our Buderim clinic.This role suits a strong communicator who thrives in a busy environment, is organised, efficient, and enjoys a good challenge.
You'll be part of a 9-day fortnight roster, offering great work-life balance.
Renumeration will be based on experience.What's the Job?
You'll be the friendly face greeting our patients, the calm voice answering our phones, and the organisational superstar helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.Your Role Might Include:Welcoming patients with a smile (we're called All Smiles for a reason!)Managing front-of-house reception dutiesAnswering calls for both our Bribie Island and Buderim clinicsGeneral administration and office dutiesOrganising and packing outgoing mail and deliveries when requiredLiaising with dental surgeriesData entry/correlation of information for lab workOrdering stock and supplies before someone discovers we've run out of coffeeAbout You:Positive attitude and a genuine sense of humourFriendly, professional, and reliableExcellent telephone manner and customer service skillsFast and accurate typingWell-organised and detail-orientedComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamPrevious dental/medical experienceis highly regardedComputer literacy and experience essentialDriver's License requiredCan juggle multiple tasks without actually jugglingWhy Join Us?
