and written correspondenceMonitor aged debtors and investigate overdue accountsReconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepanciesNegotiate payment arrangements where requiredAllocate incoming payments and maintain accurate recordsPrepare debtor reports and provide updates to managementEnsure compliance with internal credit policies and proceduresAssist with Accounts Payable function on an adhoc basisAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Previous experience in a Credit Controller, Collections or Accounts Receivable positionStrong communication and negotiation skillsThe ability to manage difficult conversations professionally and confidentlyHigh attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organisational and time management skillsExperience using MYOB Exo or a similar systemA proactive and resilient approach to managing collectionsWhat's on Offer?
