This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and is passionate about accuracy and efficiency.About the RoleAs our Accounts Officer, you will provide vital financial, clerical, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations across the dealership.
Your responsibilities will span accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and general administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily reconciliation of cash, EFTPOS, and bank transactionsManaging accounts payable and receivable, including creditor runs and debtor follow-upsAccurate and timely payroll processing and record-keepingPreparing bank deposits, refunds,



and vehicle payoutsSupporting the Financial Controller and providing administration relief when requiredWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a similar accounts or finance role (automotive industry experience highly regarded but not essential)Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracyProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamWhy Join Us?
