As an ASX listed organisation, my client is looking for an experienced Billing/Accounts Officer to join their team on a permanent full time basis.
The role is to be based in their Huntingwood NSW **** office.
Onsite parking is provided alongside 1 day work from home flexibility once gone permanent.
The role is open to someone who is junior as long as they have some understanding of GL accounting/Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:Reporting to a nurturing Finance Manager; you are responsible forDaily PayPal receipt report and enteringDaily Bank Reconciliation for 2 companiesLook after a few Contracts / AccountsReview / Check PO and post Interco AP for related contractsCheck and bill out completed jobsLodge invoice in customer payment platform (if required by contract)Run Warehouse report and bill Warehouse charge accordinglyDebtor chasing: Run Debtor statements weekly and send to Account DirectorsWeekly reconcile 3PL Priceline Invoices on Despatch and lodge into COUPASome assistance within the accounts payable departmentOther ad hoc duties as and when requiredIdeal ProfileThis prospect is for someone who has experience within vendor master data/supplier setup and vendor management.
