This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, administration, and working in an active warehouse environment.About the RoleYou'll play a key role in ensuring parts enquiries and orders are accurately interpreted, processed, and delivered on time.
Working closely with our workshop, service, and sales teams, you will provide professional support to both internal and external customers.Key ResponsibilitiesParts & OperationsInterpret manufacturer manuals and catalogues to identify correct partsProcess orders, quotes, and invoices accurately in the systemPick, pack, and dispatch parts including freight and branch transfersMaintain organised and accurate stockrooms and warehouse areasHelp manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock holdingCustomer ServiceProvide expert parts advice to retail, trade, and internal customersHandle enquiries both over the counter and via phone/emailPromote specials and identify upselling opportunitiesMaintain clean,
