Our Moorooka clinic is seeking an experienced and motivatedPatient Coordinatorto play a key role in supporting our patients through complex treatment journeys.About the RoleAs a Patient Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for patients from initial enquiry through consultation, treatment, surgery, and follow-up.
This is a highly influential role combining patient care, treatment coordination, scheduling, financial discussions, and CRM management.You will work closely with dentists, surgeons, anaesthetists, laboratories, and front-of-house teams to ensure every patient feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their experience.Key ResponsibilitiesConvert patient enquiries into booked consultationsPresent and explain treatment plans, costs, and payment optionsCoordinate complex surgical cases, IV/GA bookings, and schedulesManage follow-ups, recalls,
