Room to grow: Ongoing training, development and real career progressionWhat You'll Do:Allocating courier jobs efficiently to ensure deliveries are completed within agreed timeframesCoordinating the metropolitan and regional courier fleet to maintain service coverage and performanceCommunicating clearly and professionally with sub‐contractorsEnsuring jobs are allocated to the correct vehicle type and remain within capacity, mass and dimension limitsProactively monitoring live and future bookings to identify and resolve service,



safety or capacity risksManaging client expectations by escalating delays, issues and exceptions through appropriate customer service channelsSubmitting accurate ring backs and job updates to keep customers informed of delivery progressReviewing daily fatigue communications and re‐allocating work where drivers may exceed maximum hoursCompleting after‐hours handovers, including live jobs, fatigue risks and available sub‐contractorsRecording all critical job information, communication and delivery issues accurately in the Transport Management System (TMS)Escalating incidents, near misses and safety concerns and assisting with investigations when neededSkills & Experience:Strong communication and decision‐making skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesConfidence working in a live operational environmentPrevious dispatch, transport or logistics experience highly regarded - but not essentialFull Australian working rights
